The personal interview for an intern in Find2Find company has already led after for three days.I wrote something to Circle about my feeling of the interview.because the interview is so terrible .Circle advise me that I can enhance expression about understanding of the two foreigners.because We share this afternoon together with Erick and Troy. Erick is half America and half Canada. Those two nations are most in the world the developed countries.Erick also know that well. So he have fantastic ideas of his own superiority.He studies in Frolida University.The subject that he learn is International Marketing and learn chinese in school one year ago.Now he can communte with us.And about Troy,I just know he come form Canada and work with us in these two months.Erick’s neck and Troy’s spine are not good .then Circle ask a massagist who form DONGSHENG hospital coming to help them.Miracle and I take charge of translation for the massagist and these two foreigner.Absolutely,the tranlation always cannot go on well.I can’t undertand what Erick and Troy want to ask the massagist.Especially Erick,his pronounce is so fast for me.and whilemean they cannot undertand what I want to explain to them with the massagist’s answer.Evently.Circle solve the problem for us.

I know my english is bad.Ansi(the boss of my previous company which need speak english) told me that I should improve my pronounce ugently.and I also know almost all of college student cannot not speak smooth english.and all of us learn english from childhook.it is really a long time.it really should be well.but in face.we just perfect in exam.it is ever reported that some vocabulary in CET6 is seldom used by foreigner.but Erick just learn chinese for one year.when we talking some topic,he will try his best to use chinese to express.he give himself opportunity to learn more.it is something wront with china education system.I talk this with my friend.and we find the foreigner learn that what he need and he will learn well.but we just were told that we should learn Engish when we are children,we donnot know why we should learn that.just be told it would better for us.

Erick told Circle that he find the chinese quality is so low and he wonnot no longer worry that China will surmount Amercia.and I find Erick feel fear to the massage of China,he donnot believe that.and he is so scare when the massagist fix his neck.The byword says:”fear come form ingorance.”He donnot learn well about the Chinese medcine.the chinese massage,so he feel afraid.And He look dowm on China.maybe also chinese,but I remenber the Alibaba Chief Executive Officer MaYun ever say:”the attitude that the foreigner bussiness enterprise treat chinese market have three steps:first.the foreigner bussiness enterprise cannot feel the chinese market.then,though they know that,they also look down on this market,the last.when he want to enter the chinese market.they find it is late.”(阿里巴巴首席执行官说过,外企对待中国市场分为三部曲,看不到,看不起,赶不上,ebay在中国的市场份额就很好的证明了这一点) Erick tell us he want to make bussiness between China and America.I want to mention him that if he want to make bussiness in China successful.he should undertand the chinese and attach importance to get well along with chinese.he cannot look down on or offend what differate with his thinking.

Troy leave me a good impreesion.he takes notes when I tell him I will began working two week later,I think It is good habit.

I am looking forwards to baginning working in this company with Erick and Troy,all of the colleague.

The first exam in this term is over today.It is just so so.
